Where did my life go?

I am sitting here at 3:41pm still in my night gown! I feel like I broke my life not my wrist. I am so disjointed. I was struggling with weight gain and depression before this and now I feel so lost. I hope I will feel better Monday after they take off this big splint and will have more abilities with my right hand then. I want to feel useful again and be able to write and cook and drive again. Boohoo!
